Steering committee
The HRS4R Steering Committee is the governance body responsible for the continuous oversight and monitoring of the implementation of the Human Resources Strategy for Researchers (HRS4R) at IRBLleida. Its main role is to ensure that the objectives and actions defined in the HRS4R Action Plan are implemented effectively and remain aligned with the institution's policies and strategic priorities.
The Committee meets at least once a year to review progress, analyse indicators and results, identify potential deviations from the planned objectives, and propose corrective or improvement actions when necessary. It provides strategic leadership for the HRS4R process and oversees the work carried out by the implementation Working Group.
The Committee works closely with the HRS4R Working Group, whose members provide operational support and monitor the implementation of the Action Plan on a regular basis. Through this multi-level governance structure, IRBLleida ensures that HRS4R principles are fully integrated into institutional policies, strategic planning, talent management, and continuous improvement processes.
