HRS4R Action Plan 2025-2029
The HRS4R Action Plan 2025-2029 defines the actions that IRBLleida will implement between 2025 and 2029 to consolidate a human resources policy aligned with the principles of the European Charter for Researchers and the HRS4R strategy. The plan promotes the attraction and development of research talent, institutional transparency and ethics, equal opportunities, continuous training, and the professional development of researchers. It also introduces new priorities related to mobility, leadership, internationalisation, innovation, sustainability, and digital transformation, while strengthening mentoring and evaluation mechanisms.
The IRBLleida HRS4R Action Plan 2025-2029 is aligned with the 2026-2030 Strategic Plan, which is structured around five strategic axes: Research Excellence and Innovation, Talent Attraction and Development, Institutional Strengthening and Good Governance, Internationalisation and Partnerships, and Social Responsibility and Communication. These axes incorporate the principles of the European Charter for Researchers to foster an excellent, ethical, inclusive, and socially impactful research environment.
