These are the research lines in which members of the Arnau Dona research group have participated over the past five years. Their work covers a wide range of clinical studies in gynecology, obstetrics, and reproductive health.

Minimally Invasive Endoscopic Surgery (Gynecological Laparoscopy):

  • Effectiveness and safety of salpingectomy with minicornucetomy for Essure device removal.
  • Retrospective studies on symptom evolution after Essure explantation.
  • Frequency of nerve injury in lateral trocar placement.
  • Long-term impact of abdominal myomectomy on reproductive outcomes.
  • Comparative analysis of robotic-assisted vs. conventional laparoscopic hysterectomy.

Endoscopic Approach to Uterine Pathology (Hysteroscopy):

Gynecological Ultrasound:

  • Elastography parameters in normal and pathological myometrium.

Gynecological Cancer:
