Professional profile of the person hired

Requirements (those candidatures that do not meet this point will be excluded). These requirements must be met at the beginning of the contract.

  • Bachelor's Degree in Basic Sciences, Health or related sciences or in the field of Business Sciences or Communication.
  • Catalan and Spanish equivalent at C2 level.
  • English equivalent to B2 level.

Tasks to be carried out

The successful candidate will join the Department of Projects and Innovation to carry out tasks related to the project PP11073 - Transformative Research and Innovation Project (PRIT) – IRBLleida.

Some of their tasks will be:

Management of the IRBL LIST OfficeRead

  • Coordination of the IRBLleida "Transformative Social Innovation Laboratory" Office, especially the actions contemplated in the IRBLleida Regions of Knowledge.
  • Management of transformative social innovation initiatives (projects) that are generated or in which IRBLleida participates.
  • Preparation and management of innovation fields to emerge new transformative social innovation initiatives.
  • To contact key participants who can provide a key vision in the co-creation process (companies, civil society, inter-institutional staff, international staff, etc.)
  • Monitoring of the interaction of research groups with these social innovation initiatives.
  • Search for collaborating entities to generate a research consortium.
  • Preparation of economic documentation to justify the different actions of the life cycle of the ERDF project financed by GenCat at IRBLleida.
  • Monitoring of participation in national and territorial research or innovation networks.
  • Preparation of supporting documentation, in the field of transformative social innovation, to accredit the participation of IRBLleida in this type of initiative.
  • Proactive support for IRBLleida's cross-cutting programmes in terms of exploring new ways to increase the social impact of the actions designed.
  • Participation of the Patients' Committee and the Innovation Commission of IRBLleida.
  • Coordination with the Innovation Support Unit in joint initiatives.
  • Coordinate the deadlines for the receipt of documentation for the justification of both public projects and competitive and non-competitive private projects focused on social innovation.
  • Economic planning meetings with the responsible researchers at the start of the projects/initiatives.
  • Monitoring of the expenditure attributed to a portfolio of projects through research management software (Fundanet).
  • Manage the extraction of all payment receipts made through transformative social innovation projects, once the invoices have been remitted, in order to facilitate the subsequent economic justification of the same.
  • Support in the process of verification and management of orders for transformative social innovation projects, checking that the concepts are budgeted in the report and that it complies with current legislation on public procurement, as well as with the eligibility criteria of the call in question.
  • Invoicing of the receipt of orders by the different research teams and uploading of the support documentation to the Fundanet tool.
  • Advise research staff on the procurement procedure for transformative social innovation projects and the actions attributable to them, according to the call for proposals.

Other tasks

  • Management of conference registration payments for research staff.
  • Collaborate with the generation of the Institution's production indicators, for their subsequent evaluation, both internally and externally.
  • Administrative tasks entrusted to them by their manager, management or directorate, with the purpose of contributing to the achievement of the objectives of their area or department of the IRBLleida.
  • Participate in the Committees and Commissions that the position requires.

It will be valued

Knowledge

  • Postgraduate degree in management, communication or related fields.
  • English level equivalent to or higher than level C1.
  • Complementary training in management, communication or related fields.

Experience

  • Work experience in management, communication and/or administration (preferably in the scientific or healthcare field)

Competencies

  • A person with initiative, committed, used to working in a team and under pressure.
