Delegated Commission

Description

The Delegated Commission is the governing body responsible for implementing the decisions adopted by the Board of Trustees within the scope of the powers expressly delegated to it. It also oversees the routine monitoring of the institution's activities and contributes to advancing the development of IRBLleida's strategic initiatives.

Functions

To implement the decisions and resolutions approved by the Board of Trustees within the delegated powers.
To monitor the day-to-day activities, programmes and initiatives of IRBLleida.
To oversee the progress of strategic, economic and organisational matters that must be submitted to the Board of Trustees.
To review and assess proposals from the Executive Director and the Management Office before their submission to the Board of Trustees.
To promote the institution's activity and ensure the proper implementation of the centre's strategic lines.
To facilitate agile decision-making between the ordinary meetings of the Board of Trustees, in accordance with the powers conferred upon it by the Board.
